What is Included in KC Prime National Training?

• 8 weeks of beach specific volleyball training (three, two-hour practices a week)

• 8 weeks of assisted recruiting sessions (one, one-hour session a week)

• National Gear Package (1 AVP bag, 1 zip up, 1 tank top, 1 sports bra, 1 pair of shorts)
